"I am Marv Byrd, project superintendent for Olsen Custom Homes in central Arizona. In early 2005, Custom Glass and Granite was fairly new to the valley, although they had a fine history in New Mexico. We contracted them to do two jobs of custom shower enclosure glass, one involving a detailed interconnected design sandblasted into three adjacent panes of tempered glass. The other was a glue-chip shower door with a very irregular edge detail. I found the folks at Custom Glass and Granite to be very creative in their design and fabrication techniques to get just what our customer was looking for. Even though they missed their installation date by a couple of days, they had very clear communication about it so we could plan accordingly. This gave us no difficulty scheduling around their needs and still meet our project schedule nicely. I feel their customer communication efforts are a real strength. It made us very secure when dealing with an out-of-state, first time vendor. I recommend them for any custom job and will be allowing them to quote on our next granite job as well as on the glass work."
